About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team as a full-time Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple social media accounts across various industries, demonstrating creativity, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our clients’ social media presence by engaging with content, creating visually appealing materials, and ensuring all activities align with each brand's unique identity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and engage with multiple social media accounts daily across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Allocate focused time (e.g., 20 minutes per account) to engaging with other users’ content based on provided scripts and best practices.
• Edit and create engaging video content for reels using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist in creating posts that align with each company’s branding guidelines over time.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure timely and effective social media strategies.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness in all deliverables.
• Use G-drive, Google Docs, and Sheets to track and report progress.

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses (not just personal use).
• Proficiency with Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for business purposes.
• Strong familiarity with Canva (or equivalent creative software) for content creation and reel editing.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Efficient time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• A meticulous approach to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience with G-drive, Google Docs, and Sheets.
• A positive attitude and adaptability to handle both the creative and repetitive aspects of social media management.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience managing social media accounts for businesses in multiple industries.
• Ability to develop intuitive engagement strategies over time.
• Familiarity with creating visually cohesive and brand-consistent posts.
