Bumble is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and favorability in the US. Reporting to the US Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute regional campaigns and go-to-market strategies to strengthen Bumble’s position as the leading relationships and social networking app. This role focuses on integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring best practices, and optimizing marketing efforts to achieve short- and long-term business goals.

What You'll Do- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns andDevelop and execute integrated brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee campaign development, from briefing and strategy to production and execution.
- Collaborate with media agency and key partners to build and execute media plans.
- Oversee influencer marketing briefing, selection, and content review.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to support feature and product launches.
- Identify and pitch innovative, culturally relevant marketing opportunities.
- Leverage consumer insights and analytics to refine marketing strategies and enhance user engagement.
- Track campaign performance, lead communication with stakeholders, and facilitate team check-ins.
- Prepare presentations and share insights with management and leadership teams.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and timely execution.
- Partner closely with creative teams around campaign briefs, asset requirements, and creative feedback
- Document marketing processes, toolkits, and best practices across North America.
Who You Are- Proven experience managing large-scale brand campaigns, including briefing, creative feedback, and media planning.
- Experience working with media and creative agencies.
- Strong background in developing disruptive and innovative go-to-market approaches.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights into impactful marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, coordinating across internal and external teams.
- Strong budget and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Track record of high-performing digital campaigns against industry benchmarks.
- Experience developing creative briefs, with demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy.

$77,000 - $90,000 a year
For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
