We are looking for proactive and delivery-focused Recruitment Coordinators to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a key player in the recruiting process, you will ensure the smooth and timely execution of recruitment activities, from interview scheduling to supporting candidate and hiring manager communications. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal teams to ensure that the recruitment process runs efficiently, with a strong focus on candidate experience and achieving hiring goals. This is a full time contractor position until the end of the year.
What you'll do- Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth scheduling, rescheduling, and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. You will be expected to deliver on-time scheduling and quick adjustments to keep the process on track.
- Hiring Manager Communication: Assist recruiters by building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring they are well-informed about the recruitment process, interview schedules, and candidate status. Provide regular updates to recruiters and sometimes hiring managers and support them in preparing for interviews, with a focus on timely and effective communication.
- Candidate Communication: Assist recruiters with candidate communications, including interview invitations, scheduling updates, and post-interview follow-ups, ensuring candidates have a seamless, positive experience. Your focus will be on delivering clear, responsive, and timely communication to ensure candidates feel supported throughout the process.
- Data Management & Reporting: Assist with data entry and maintain up-to-date candidate records. Generate, analyze, and organize recruitment data to inform hiring decisions, and identify trends (e.g., interview attendance rates, candidate feedback), helping drive efficient, data-backed decision-making.
- Talent Acquisition Events: Support and attend recruitment events such as career fairs, sourcing events, and referral programs, ensuring their seamless execution. Your role will be key in delivering successful events that attract top talent.
- Process Improvement: Continuously innovate and improve the recruitment process, always with an eye on delivery and operational efficiency. Help streamline processes to remove any bottlenecks and ensure the recruitment cycle is smooth and fast.
- Recruitment Tool Optimization: Utilize and maintain recruitment tools (Lever, Easy Book, Google Suite, Slack, Asana), helping to ensure they are functioning at their best to support fast-paced recruitment efforts.
- Special Projects: Collaborate on special projects with teams like HR Operations, Legal, People Data Analytics, and Employer Branding, always working towards efficient and on-time delivery of project goals.
- Candidate Experience Surveys: Manage and analyze candidate experience surveys, identifying insights and areas for improvement to ensure that the candidate experience remains best-in-class and aligned with Bumble’s objectives.
- Cross-functional Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, using structured updates on Slack and assisting in the creation of presentations and resources using Google Suite, while maintaining a clear focus on delivering timely and relevant information.
Who you are- Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment or administrative environment, ideally supporting full-cycle recruiting. Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable communicating across time zones and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities to ensure on-time delivery of recruitment milestones.
- Candidate-Centric: A passion for providing an excellent candidate experience, ensuring that candidates feel supported and informed throughout the process.
- Tools & Systems Knowledge: Experience with Lever, Easy Book, Google Suite, Slack, and Asana is advantageous but not essential.
- Collaboration & Adaptability: Able to work well with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. You will be needed to deliver under pressure and help others meet hiring goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong proactive approach to anticipating challenges and driving solutions efficiently, always with a focus on timely delivery.
- Ambiguity Management: Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, where priorities may shift quickly and processes may need to be adapted or redefined, while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
$66,000 - $75,000 a year
Base Compensation Range: $66 - $75K. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location.
