About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist, Paid Social to join our Growth Marketing team. This role will focus on campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to the success of our paid media efforts. 


Our marketing team embraces a hybrid model that provides personal flexibility as well as in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will find value in coming to our Watertown office twice per week for face-to-face strategy sessions, taking the occasional meeting on a walk around the river trails, and of course Taco Tuesday!


Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and monitor paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. 
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly review campaign data, flag anomalies, and identify optimization opportunities. 
  • Data Analysis: Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager on analyzing data trends to drive insights and inform campaign optimizations. 
  • Creative Testing: Assist in running A/B tests on ad creatives and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Audience Targeting: Support audience segmentation strategies and experiment with different targeting approaches. 
  • Budget Management: Assist in tracking campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and analytics teams to support campaign improvements. 
  • Industry Trends: Stay up to date on platform updates and best practices to enhance performance. 


$70,000 - $95,000 a year
