Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)

At CADDi, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a crucial role in that future growth. We're a fast-growing manufacturing SaaS US Office that connects businesses in the manufacturing industry with the resources they need to succeed.

What your days will look like:

• Prospect and qualify leads generated from marketing activities 
• Build relationships and schedule meetings for our sales team with qualified leads among leaders in the manufacturing space.
• Conduct in-depth account and contact research to identify priority targets.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS) to nurture and convert marketing-generated leads.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and sales, providing feedback and insights to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
• Own the "last mile" of outbound communication for all marketing initiatives.
• Maintain meticulous records of leads and their engagement in Salesforce.
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturing and SaaS industry trends and competitor offerings.

What will a successful Sr. BDR bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience in a BDR, LDR, SDR, ADR, or MDR role within SaaS and/or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales in SaaS products, preferably with verticalized SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Expert in Salesforce’s CRM software.
• Experience with outbound sales tools and techniques.

Starting salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 per year , based on experience, with opportunities for growth and increased earnings.
