Accounting Administrative Assistant (LATAM)

Hi! We are Callbell, a French company with a global presence. We are currently looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team.

The position (& the entire Callbell of around 50 people) is entirely remote.

The job is 40 hours/week with payment in USD

This is a contractor position

Base salary: 850 USD

After a three-month trial period, if confirmed, you will also have access to a variable commission scheme

Required:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in similar roles (preferably in tech companies or businesses with international operations).
• Strong knowledge of international accounting and proficiency in accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently, in an organized and detail-oriented manner.
• Availability to work within a time zone compatible with Latin America.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in remote teams.
• Knowledge of tax regulations in LATAM or European markets.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and tools such as Slack.
