We are looking to hire resouces for BA with BAMN in wealth management/ capital market domain.
Work Location: Capco Bangalore - Sarjapur - 3 days WFO - Hybrid
Work Hours 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST

Job Description:
The Role • Responsible for modelling the Future State end-to-end business processes in BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) • Create process models following the establish methodology and to the agreed level of detail and specification • Leverage current state procedures, future state requirements and other client documents to understand the future state process details • Research and apply knowledge of typical / expected processes in Wealth Management to validate draft models • Collaborate, review and update models with Process Analysts on-site with Client stakeholders • Track and manage questions, clarifications, gaps and follow-ups through multiple cycles of review and update • Document traceability from Processes & Activities to Jira Stories, Procedures, Capabilities, Outputs, Regulations, Systems and Integrations • Work closely with QA teams that use the Business Process models as input to Testing Scenario and Case definitions Skills & Experience • General Business Analyst skills, experienced with requirements management in Jira/Confluence, and comfortable in a highly Agile program • Excellent knowledge and experience with modelling processes in BPMN 2.0 (2-3 years min.), at Level 1 Descriptive (Junior), or Level 2 Analytical (Senior) • Ability to decompose business processes into repeatable, reusable sub-processes • Strong Wealth domain knowledge and experience, with expert depth in several Functional areas (2-3 years min, 5+ preferred) • Preferred: Familiar with Canadian investment products and accounts (RRSP, TFSA, RIF, LIF etc.) • Preferred: Familiar with Canadian Wealth & Capital Markets service providers (i.e. exchanges, depositories, custodians, payments systems etc.)
