Business Analyst (Payment)

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements pertaining to payment processing systems.
• Analyze existing payment workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement optimized payment solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging payment technologies.
• Support technical teams by providing clear specifications and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Assist in the testing and validation of new payment solutions to ensure they meet requirements and user expectations.
• Provide training and support to users regarding new payment systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively evaluate complex data.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools for requirement gathering and process mapping.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
