ROLE OVERVIEW: 

 We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Banking and Capital Markets to support a key project in its current phase. The role involves gathering business requirements, facilitating workshops, defining data needs, and developing project plans. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data mapping, business analysis, and project planning, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead business requirement gathering and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data integration.
• Facilitate and manage workshops with multiple stakeholders to determine:
  - Required data for the project.
  - Relevant systems, interfaces, and dependencies.
  - Roadmap and project plan development.
  - Effort estimations and work package breakdown.

• Provide expertise in data mapping and Capital Markets workflows.
• Support the development of steering strategies and project governance.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in Banking / Capital Markets projects.
• Expertise in data mapping, business analysis, and project planning.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate workshops with multiple resources.
• Experience working with systems, interfaces, and data flow structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
