Call Center Policy Transfer Specialist

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Policy Transfer Specialist for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

Role Description:

• Acts as a representative of the company and positively impacts customer experience.
• Researches and identifies caller's needs and connects them to the correct department.
• Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships during communication with potential;
• Enters information into the company database to research and locate customer policy information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
