Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their car rental needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process rental agreements and other necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide information about vehicle availability, rates, and special promotions to customers.
  • Assist customers with vehicle returns and inspections, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer services sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and office applications.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
