Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst I for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This position is one of the liaisons between Direct Sales Supervisors and partners around the organization on behalf of our Sales Associates and customers.
- Daily interaction with Direct Sales Supervisors in relation to urgent situations that arise day-to-day requiring escalation
- Work directly with partners (including customer service, compliance, policy support operations, IT) to bring escalated issues to resolution
- Report back to Sales Leadership regular updates and progress on escalated issues in a timely manner
- Attend Sales huddles and Leadership staff meetings to report out updates and gain insight in new issues
- Provides business updates, data analysis and basic technical assistance to support overall strategic, business and operational planning, performance measurement, monitoring and reporting.
- Under direct supervision, performs work assignments and provides problem resolution to support other team members.
