Freight Coordinator

We are looking for:

• An organized and detail-oriented candidate to coordinate freight 
• Someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
  

Job Description

• Work with LTL and TL companies to coordinate daily shipments
• Manage Asset Fleet of Box Trucks and LowBoy Trucks/Trailers
• Communicate with Plant Management and Sales on daily shipments/delays
• Review packaging and loading standards for constant improvement

Qualifications

• 2-3yrs experience preferred
• Strong organizational and hands-on skills
• Previous high-volume manufacturing related experience preferred
• Enjoys problem-solving
• Knowledge of freight and logistics companies
• Graduation from a standard high school, vocational school or equivalent is required
