Care Dimensions is looking for Home Health Aide! We offer you:
- $20-$25 hourly pay rate depending on experience level and location
- various locations close to your home throughout northeastern Massachusetts
- flexible schedules, full/part-time and per diem shifts

Care Dimensions Home Health Aides (HHAs) are an important and valued member of the care team. Home Health Aides are filled with purpose and meaningful work as they help patients and families with personal care needs, ambulation, and supplementary services including meal preparation, during this important time of patients’ lives.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certification of successful completion of a Home Health Aide course approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
- Certification must be in good standing with the nurse aide registry and not have had a lapse in furnishing services within a 24-month period.
- Experience in the field as a home health aide or certified nursing assistant is preferred.
- Availability to work day, evening or night hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- A compassionate, warm and accepting attitude toward people.
- Ability to respect confidentiality of patients and families.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
