Social Media/Communication Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Social Media/Communications Specialist to represent our brand across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, interact with our audience, and build a strong online presence to promote our Care Dimensions full line of services. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and share engaging content (photos, videos, blog posts, and social media updates) that aligns with the brand’s messaging and marketing goals.
• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and authentic manner.
• Promote brand campaigns, services, and special events through social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategies.
• Track and report engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Represent the brand positively and maintain brand consistency across all digital communications.
• Participate in influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and sponsored campaigns as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or as a brand ambassador.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics 4, SEM, SEO.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the brand’s industry and audience.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media metrics, with a proven track record of engagement, content creation, and strategy execution. Relevant experience in social media marketing, digital communications, or a related field is required; formal education is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).
• Video editing/Adobe Premiere preferred
• Photography/Photoshop skills preferred
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Previous experience in event promotion or product/service marketing.
