Job Description

Care Partners At Home is seeking a dedicated Client Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients by managing a range of key administrative responsibilities. This role involves assisting with payroll components, ensuring contract compliance, and handling components of scheduling and coordination of Personal Care Attendant and Caregiver assignments. The Client Care Assistant is also responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring that both clients and caregivers receive timely and accurate support.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and approach every interaction with compassion and professionalism. This individual plays a vital role in delivering outstanding client service, maintaining efficient staffing, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Essential Functions:

  • Master the Care Partners At Home brand, services, and operational workflows.
  • Provide outstanding administrative support by assisting with payroll, ensuring compliance with contracts, and coordinating schedules for Personal Care Attendants and Caregivers.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing client and caregiver needs promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure seamless care coordination, from onboarding clients to scheduling services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records for payroll, scheduling, and client interactions.
  • Contribute to operational success by tracking key performance metrics such as call volume and scheduling efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and enhance the overall client and caregiver experience.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Compensation: $19-22/hr (Non-Exempt)
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am-5 pm
  • On site in Irvine, CA
