Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients an Operations Associate - Crypto - candidates need to be based in the US.

The Role.

We’re seeking an Operations Associate who will support daily business operations while delivering projects that increase our operational capabilities and improve process efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing.

Analyzing existing workstreams to identify opportunities to develop and implement automated, or more efficient solutions, for process optimization. 

Collaborating with the founders and across various departments such as marketing, sales and software development to facilitate smooth operational flow.

Preparing operational documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and briefing notes. 

Managing the distribution and archiving of confidential files and documents 

Drive special projects that increase our operational capabilities.

Assist the oversight of user support and customer success systems.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation tools and software.

Strong experience delivering projects end-to-end, across several work streams, concurrently
