About the Role
As our Lifecycle Manager, you’ll take the lead in building engaging, high-converting email and SMS journeys that turn curious leads into happy customers. You'll craft strategies that move people from initial inquiry to funded loan — quickly and seamlessly. You'll work side-by-side with our Product, Sales, Operations, Lending, Analytics, and Brand teams to make every message count, optimize key moments across the funnel, and ensure every customer touchpoint is clear, timely, and impactful.
