Position Summary
The SBA 504 Loan Officer (LO) plays a crucial role in the marketing and promotion of the SBA 504 loan program, with a primary focus on designated markets. This position involves not only understanding the intricacies of the financing options available but also actively reaching out to potential candidates and businesses that could benefit from these funding opportunities.
While the LO has the wonderful advantage of working remotely, it's really important for them to connect with the community in person. This means we are looking for someone who is proactive and self-driven, someone who can handle their tasks and manage their time without needing continuous supervision. The perfect candidate will shine in an independent work setting and appreciate the significance of being present and engaged with the community.
Candidates are ideally located in Southern California.
