Sr. Business Analyst (NU- BA - 20250214)

At Celara, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is passionate about translating business needs into actionable plans and ensuring smooth project execution. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving successful outcomes

• Work closely with Product Owner, and understand the functional aspects of a project. Act as the BA to a project and be the person to manage the project plan.
• Be well versed in Agile and Project management tools, like ADO management.  Own the user stories and story grooming process.
• Maintain timely and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Prepare and present project status and weekly status plans for the project. Execute project meetings.
• Define and document acceptance criteria with business stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are testable and actionable.
• Provide continuous support to technical teams, ensuring they have the necessary information related to the requirements to deliver successful outcomes.
• Work closely with distributed, multi-disciplinary teams at all phases of project execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst and Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
• Experience with Agile process modeling tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA).
• Familiarity with system development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Added advantage of having experience with ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise systems (experience in retail, marketing, and finance systems is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
• Previous experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain industries is a plus.
