We are looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to join our e-commerce team and provide support in performance marketing activities in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
An E-Commerce Specialist in Celestino is responsible for monitoring and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, either in-house or in close cooperation with agencies, for email marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, affiliate marketing, price comparison/aggregators and programmatic advertising with focus on performance. They optimize website's search results, track, report and propose ways to improve performance, create tracking pixels, update google tag manager and provide competition analysis.
Responsibilities
- Report and analyze digital campaigns & site performance through platforms and ERP system.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of various ecommerce marketing campaigns and promotional activities in terms of ROI.
- Continuously optimize the website's navigation, layout, and search functionality to enhance the overall user experience and drive conversion rate in close cooperation with vendors.
- Monitor, report & analyze marketing budget, online sales, product categories and items against daily/monthly/yearly targets and projections.
- Τrack site performance using Google Analytics & 3rd party tracking pixels, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Create tags/triggers in Google Tag Manager.
- Create Looker Studio Reports upon request.
- Use A/B Testing Tools in close cooperation with IT team and agencies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Statistics or relevant. Master's Degree will be considered a plus.
- At least 2 years work experience in performance marketing within e-commerce websites. Experience in fashion e-shops will be considered as a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in marketing automation (tools & dynamic/triggered campaigns).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and online customer acquisition techniques.
- Proficiency in the English language for effective communication.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
