The North America marketing team fuels customer success and market growth by building and increasing brand awareness, accelerating pipeline -- both independently and with our partners -- and cultivating a customer community of change makers.  We amplify success stories through targeted campaigns and customer advocacy and drive engagement across industries, personas, and the entire customer journey, from prospecting to renewals. 

This dynamic team, led by the VP of North America Marketing, includes Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and our Executive Briefing Center. The Role:
Every great brand is built on powerful stories—and behind every story is a storyteller. As a Customer Advocacy Manager for North America, you will be the driving force behind discovering, nurturing, and activating customer voices at scale. In this role, you’ll cultivate relationships with our most passionate customers, empowering them to share their success through speaking engagements, testimonials, case studies, and industry events.  

This role is perfect for a highly organized, ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with customer value engineers, go-to-market teams, and content producers to source and sustain a strong pipeline of advocates. Your ability to pitch and position advocacy opportunities to customers will be key in amplifying their expertise while showcasing the impact of Celonis.  

North America is a strategic growth region, and you’ll play a vital role in elevating customer voices to fuel marketing, sales, demand generation, and global events. The work you’ll do:

  • Develop lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and customers in the North America region to source a strong pipeline of customer advocates and production of stories.
  • Build a strong rapport with customers and assist with curating and nurturing post-sales relationships with the goal of creating Celonis advocates and positive customer experiences.
  • Coach customers and internal stakeholders to craft compelling stories focused on mutual value generation.
  • Create a scalable and repeatable process to identify and nurture active advocacy targets aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure delivery of targeted customer stories and individual advocates for marketing, major events, AR/PR, and sales references.
  • Drive internal planning, communication, and reporting to provide transparency to key stakeholders on customer advocacy pipeline and upcoming requests.

The qualifications you need:

  • 8+ years experience in a customer advocacy, customer marketing, customer success or other customer-facing role with a track record of executing on demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-facing experience in the enterprise software space highly preferred
  • Proven track record of effectively working with customers and internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and delivery to build strong relationships and deliver outcomes
  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can see beyond the day-to-day activities to help reach marketing and sales goals and gather data and metrics to improve outcomes
  • Highly organized, outcomes-oriented, efficient and expedient under ambitious timelines.
  • Demonstrated record of operational accomplishment and exceeding KPIs
  • Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and process, and able to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communicating with internal senior stakeholders and customers
  • Love learning and driving the process of bringing a story to life
  • Fluent in English

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
$95,000$148,000 USD
