The North America marketing team fuels customer success and market growth by building and increasing brand awareness, accelerating pipeline -- both independently and with our partners -- and cultivating a customer community of change makers. We amplify success stories through targeted campaigns and customer advocacy and drive engagement across industries, personas, and the entire customer journey, from prospecting to renewals.
This dynamic team, led by the VP of North America Marketing, includes Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and our Executive Briefing Center. As part of the GTM marketing organization, we thrive on cross-functional collaboration - working as one team, solving complex challenges, bringing innovative ideas to life, and creating customer value.

The Role:
Every great brand is built on powerful stories—and behind every story is a storyteller. As a Customer Advocacy Manager for North America, you will be the driving force behind discovering, nurturing, and activating customer voices at scale. In this role, you’ll cultivate relationships with our most passionate customers, empowering them to share their success through speaking engagements, testimonials, case studies, and industry events.
This role is perfect for a highly organized, ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with customer value engineers, go-to-market teams, and content producers to source and sustain a strong pipeline of advocates. Your ability to pitch and position advocacy opportunities to customers will be key in amplifying their expertise while showcasing the impact of Celonis.
