Key Responsibilities:
- Operate coil winding machines to manufacture wire coils for electrical components with precision and efficiency.
- Interpret and follow detailed specifications and blueprints to meet exact coil winding requirements.
- Select appropriate materials and load them onto winding machines, ensuring proper setup.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired coil specifications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Wind wire around cores or forms to create consistent coils of specified sizes and shapes.
- Utilize hand tools for cutting, stripping, and shaping wire as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assemble and fabricate components using coils and other materials, adhering to design specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished coils to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and understand job-related materials and perform basic math.
- Previous manufacturing and machine operator experience preferred.
- Follow written instructions and supervisor directions accurately.
- Proficient with manual and powered hand tools.
- Experience with hoist/crane operation is a plus.
- Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and working conditions.
- May need certification for operating an industrial lift truck.

- Background check, Drug & Physical Screening required.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
- Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
- PPE: Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
- Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
- Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
- Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
- Competitive pay starts at $17 per hour (Subject to increase depending on experience).
