Joint Venture Project Coordinator

Our team is dedicated to bridging infrastructure gaps through strategic value creation and continuous innovation.

We are looking for a Joint Venture Project Coordinator that will assist with the administrative and coordination aspects of construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and helping to facilitate communication across teams. This role involves overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, supporting the Project Management and Construction teams in driving progress and maintaining workflow.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

  • Manage communications and reporting for the Project Management team.
  • Act as a liaison between project managers and other departments.
  • Prepare material for presentation to multiple Joint Venture boards, ensuring all information is clear, concise, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Assist with potential bidder prequalification, bid solicitation, analysis, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Assist the Contract Administrator with change management, invoicing activities, and project close-out activities.
  • Enter work orders and material orders for capital projects into the internal system.
  • Collect and organize information from team members into a unified workspace.
  • Review project schedules for accuracy, verify field team updates, and incorporate construction metrics.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate invoices and follow protocols for approval.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Science, Engineering, or an equivalent amount of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of a computer, and software applications including Microsoft Office and mobile phone applications (for time entry, performance assessments, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
