About the Role

As our Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the entire Operations team, including Support, Fulfillment, and Onboarding teams, by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making. This role focuses on identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across operational processes, with the goal of enhancing performance, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting scalable growth. By developing data-driven insights and process improvements through actionable recommendations, the Operations Analyst helps streamline workflows, improve customer experiences, and contribute to the company’s long-term operational success.

We are based in NYC and looking primarily to hire locally, but are open to remote talent if it’s the right fit.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for Support, Fulfillment, and Onboarding teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and support strategic decision-making
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues affecting efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance scalability and operational growth
• Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership for optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency
• Assist in forecasting and capacity planning to ensure operations are aligned with business growth objectives

• You are creative, persistent, and have a dynamic personality
• You are comfortable working in a scaling startup environment
• You adapt quickly and value collaboration
• You are curious and will aggressively pursue an understanding of new data sets through research and collaboration
• You are tech-savvy and navigate internal tools and customer communications quickly 
• Prior experience with Data Analytics, Operations, Capacity Planning, Operational Forecasting is a plus
