Data & Analytics Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The Senior Project Manager is the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for the preparation and presentation of updates regularly to relevant management channels.

Main Accountabilities

• Lead project planning sessions

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Collaborate with Project Lead for assigning and monitoring resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to identify areas for improvement and enhance learning for next projects
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to PM team members
• Manage competing resources and priorities

Education, Experience and Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• MSc Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field will be considered an asset
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in project management
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be considered an asset
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
• Knowledge of non-performing loans/assets will be considered an asset
• Experient user of Microsoft Office
• Experient user of Jira Software /Jira Structure (or similar software)
• Excellent level of written and oral communication in English and Greek
