Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Chosen, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will analyze data from newly acquired companies, uncover hidden patterns, and deliver reports that empower decision-makers to make data-driven choices.

What you will do

• Analyze data from acquired companies, identifying trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time, actionable insights to key stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless data integration and preparation, supporting the analytics team in extracting the most value from the data.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making in areas such as financial performance, user behavior, and market trends.
• Develop and automate reporting processes to provide accurate and timely insights to business leaders.
• Present findings to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner, with the ability to highlight key takeaways and recommendations for action.
• Work closely with various teams (marketing, sales, product, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver customized insights that drive business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying and resolving discrepancies in data sources.

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• You are proficient in SQL and have experience working with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data sets to uncover meaningful insights.
• You are comfortable working with large datasets and are adept at integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources, particularly in the context of M&A and company acquisitions.
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
• You are detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate insights.

Bonus if you

• Have experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and know how to build interactive dashboards.
• Have a background in financial analysis or experience working with financial data.
• Have experience in the gaming industry or in companies with high volumes of user-generated data.
• Have worked with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and are comfortable working in a cloud-first environment.
• Are familiar with scripting languages (Python, R) for automating analyses or performing more advanced statistical analyses.

Salary & Benefits Transparency

The estimated base salary for this role in Copenhagen is $75,000 – $95,000, depending on experience and skills. Compensation outside Copenhagen may be adjusted based on location.
