As a Business Analyst at Chosen, you will be a key player in driving business insights, data-driven decision-making, and process improvements across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and leadership, to gather, analyze, and synthesize data that drives strategic initiatives. Your insights will directly inform key decisions, helping Chosen scale its acquisitions and optimize performance.

What you will do
- Analyze business performance, including financial, operational, and growth metrics, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Develop data models, dashboards, and reports that provide real-time insights into business performance, supporting leadership in making informed decisions.
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to help shape strategic decisions related to acquisitions, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the M&A team to assess the performance and integration of newly acquired businesses, providing data-driven recommendations for post-acquisition strategy.
- Continuously monitor business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve productivity and profitability.
- Support the development of financial models and forecasts by providing key inputs and business context.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication around data and business requirements.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership and investors, summarizing business performance and strategic insights.
- You have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in an M&A, growth, or gaming-related environment.
- You are highly analytical, with expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and using business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- You have a strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that influence decisions.
- You are proficient in gathering business requirements, building reports, and presenting complex data in a clear and concise way.
- You are a proactive problem solver with a knack for identifying opportunities for business improvement and innovation.
- You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, as well as technical and non-technical teams.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can adapt quickly to changes and challenges.

Salary & Benefits Transparency
The estimated base salary for this role in Copenhagen is $80,000 – $110,000, depending on experience and skills. Compensation outside Copenhagen may be adjusted based on location.
