[Job - 22260] Mid-Level QA Automation, Colombia

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through a mix of manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to identify test requirements, develop test plans, execute tests, and track results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual testing of frontend and backend systems to ensure functionality, performance, and stability.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

- Conduct integration testing across various systems and APIs.

- Collaborate with developers to create effective test plans and strategies.

- Prepare and manage test data (test mass) for different testing scenarios.

- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of test cases, results, and defects.

- Generate and communicate test metrics and detailed test reports.

- Use TestRail to manage and document test cases and execution results.

Requirements:

- Experience in software QA, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Java Selenium for test automation.

- Proven expertise in integration testing across distributed systems.

- Solid knowledge of database concepts and ability to query databases.

- Experience writing comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Skilled in preparing test data for a variety of testing environments.

- Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools.

- Ability to effectively communicate in advanced English, both written and verbal.
