Assistant Vice President / Information Technology

Citizens State Bank is seeking an Assistant Vice President / Information Technology to join the team in our Hudson, WI location. This position is on-site in Hudson, WI. This individual will provide leadership and management of IT operations, technology support, and cybersecurity. The position requires excellent relationship management, leadership, and communication skills as well as a solid understanding of modern technologies including cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure network server and critical personal computer backup services are sufficient and completed according to IT policy.
• Responsible for the management of IT vendor relationships in accordance with established vendor management policies and procedures.
• Ensure IT support calls and service questions/problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain an inventory of all bank software and ensure all software is licensed.
• Assist & train staff on installation and use of technology.
• Ensure security measures are properly implemented, and all duties are performed in accordance with banking regulations and bank policies and procedures.

• Minimum seven years of information technology department management experience with at least two in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven project management experience.
• Post-secondary degree in a course of study related to information technology or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and experience with cybersecurity, business continuity/resiliency, and incident response/remediation.
• Knowledge of banking and bank systems is desirable. Handles business critical IT tasks and system administration
• Effective interpersonal and supervisory skills and a collaborative management style to include teamwork, team building, conflict management, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle to provide on-site support.
• Able to provide occasional after-hours on-call and weekend support as necessary.
