Summary:

We’re seeking a QA Automation Engineer under our Digital Domain to be a key player in our development team, shaping and defining our end-to-end testing strategy. In this role, you'll go beyond just writing automated test scripts, you’ll build test environments, execute comprehensive testing, and proactively identify, analyze, and document issues to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and its core functions to drive effective testing.
  • Work side-by-side with developers, embedding within the team to provide hands-on QA support throughout the development cycle.
  • Design and implement best-in-class automation solutions tailored to product requirements.
  • Strategically plan and prioritize testing efforts to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Propose and implement innovative automated testing procedures to enhance quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to establish and refine verification protocols.
  • Execute a variety of tests across systems, networks, applications, databases, and software to ensure top-tier performance.
  • Develop robust automation scripts to streamline testing and improve accuracy.
  • Craft comprehensive test plans and cases to cover all key functionalities.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
  • Analyze and review technical specifications and design documents to anticipate potential issues.
  • Perform regression testing as needed to maintain system stability.
  • Deliver detailed test reports, providing insights that drive continuous improvement.


Education/Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing across the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Proficient in automation frameworks, with strong expertise in Cypress (preferred) and experience with Selenium.
  • Experience working with multiple programming languages and tools, including C# and Java.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies, such as TypeScript, React, REST APIs, JavaScript, and SSO.
  • Proven experience in software application development and testing, including automated script creation and leading end-to-end testing efforts.
  • Strong background in establishing test management processes, covering functional and non-functional automation, as well as load, performance, volume, and stress testing.
  • Hands-on experience with key testing and development tools, including: Visual Studio (C# IDE), Unit testing frameworks, Cypress, Git, Jenkins, Confluence (documentation), JIRA, Swagger, Postman, MSSQL / SQL Server Management Studio
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, preferred.

$110,000 - $144,999 a year
