This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position. Initially, the role requires working from the office, with the possibility of transitioning later to a three-day in-office presence.
This is a unique opportunity for a customer centric and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to play a crucial role in our Health Medical Billing Service Division of Civica. As part of the same team as our Account Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, processing invoices, and maintaining essential office records. Your role will be instrumental in keeping financial and administrative processes running smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

· Perform administrative duties, including invoicing, inputting payments, and filing in a timely manner.
· Accurately input data into company software to ensure up-to-date records.
· Validate and check invoices for discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Maintain office records and assist with general administrative tasks as required to support company objectives.
· Work with your team to problem-solve skills and the ability to adapt quickly to unexpected situations.
· Previous experience in customer service, finance, or administration.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience in private healthcare is a plus.
