About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to support our business development and marketing efforts. This role is critical in ensuring our client-facing materials are strategic, compelling, and consistent, while also enabling our team with the tools, content, and insights needed to grow the business. The ideal candidate has experience in proposal writing, content creation, CRM management, and marketing and social media coordination, and can think strategically while executing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Collateral & Proposal Support

  • Develop, format, and maintain sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposals in collaboration with our partner advertising agency.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure materials are technically accurate, on-brand, and persuasive.
  • Assist with RFQ/RFP responses, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are tailored and professional.
  • Draft case studies and long-form content, including blogs, outbound emails, and other marketing assets.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain and update prospect and client data within our CRM (HubSpot preferred).
  • Track pipeline stages, activities, and reporting.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to surface sales insights and performance metrics.

Marketing & Agency Coordination

  • Support Director of Growth in collaboration with our outside marketing and PR agencies—managing timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outbound touchpoints and materials.

Content Management & Organization

  • Organize existing content, creating proposal libraries and internal content hubs.
  • Serve as the internal content management expert, ensuring team members can easily access, update, and leverage key assets.

Research & Briefing Support

  • Conduct research on prospective clients, competitors, and market trends to prepare leadership for meetings.
  • Create briefing documents and backgrounders that support targeted outreach and strategic pursuits.
  • Build and manage targeted contact lists for marketing and sales outreach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A creative and strategic thinker who is detail-oriented and takes initiative.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, marketing coordination, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or similar design tools is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Occasional travel for team meetings, client presentations, or industry events may be required.
