Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist - Remote

Clairebella, a lifestyle brand of colorful gifts and home decor, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of our online store's data, processing customer orders, and maintaining our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and will be responsible for managing product listings, updating inventory levels, and tracking order statuses. You will collaborate with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to fulfillment. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to maintaining high standards through meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.
  • Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling.
  • Light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records.
  • Assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.
  • Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
