Part-Time Operations Manager

About Us

Coherence is a digital agency that helps large organisations stabilise, transform and optimise complex digital estates.

Blending technical expertise with strategic thinking, we deliver cohesive digital solutions that drive measurable efficiency and effectiveness.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our agency, making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. This is a dynamic and highly valued role, where no two days will be the same.
You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping how we operate, managing key accreditations, supporting the team day-to-day, and continually looking for ways to make things better and smarter.
From coordinating recruitment and onboarding to managing finance processes, supplier agreements, and company subscriptions, you’ll play a vital role across all areas of operations. You’ll lead accreditation renewals, ensure compliance with key certifications, and be the go-to person for the team — ready to solve problems and keep everything running smoothly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, solutions focused, and always willing to learn. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy variety, and love helping others do their best work.
