CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work at United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) on the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) effort for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS). In this role, you would be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiencies. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to identify data requirements, collect and clean data, perform data analysis, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and is proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Review, compare, and analyze data from multiple sources, including but not limited to systems interface
documents, databases, and data models.
• Assist with designing logical and physical data models.
• Assist with designing enterprise data dictionaries.
• Assist with creating data governance policies.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Analyze and provide thoughtful recommendations for complex data issues by leveraging advanced technical and
theoretical expertise, as needed.
Expected salary range: $85,000 - $100,000
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement.
This position is contingent on contract modification.
