We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be an integral part of our Sales team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving new business growth through the identification and qualification of potential customers.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to establish interest and assess their needs.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the Account Executives.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts and boost conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development capacity, ideally within the software or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
  • Competitive Salary (€30,000 to €32,000)
