ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will play a crucial role in supporting the InfluenConnect x Comms8 teams. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and managers, you'll play a pivotal role in driving feature delivery across InfluenConnect, our influencer marketing platform, and streamlining internal systems across both our technology and agency divisions.
This is a dual-role opportunity:
- Delivering product enhancements on our fast-growing InfluenConnect SaaS platform
- Overseeing internal systems and automation projects to increase team efficiency
You’ll need to be technically fluent, able to translate business goals into actionable development plans, and ideally capable of coding features independently — reducing reliance on external developers over time.
Key Responsibilities:
💻 Platform & Product Management
- Lead product delivery cycles across core features such as advanced discovery, user experience enhancements, partner tracking tools, and creator onboarding flows
- Translate business objectives into sprint-ready tasks and, roadmaps, and technical specs
- Manage collaborationCollaborate with external developers, internal analysts, and user teams(initially) external developers to deliver improvements — with a view to owning implementation directly over time
- Ensure delivery of scalable,Prioritise and launch user-centric, scalable platform features through clear prioritisationaligned with business needs
🔧 Internal Systems & Automation
- Manage no-code system improvement projects: CRM flows, dashboard builds, content publishing pipelines, supplier/resource databases, etc.
- CollaborateWork with junior automation engineers and internal leadsstakeholders to spec and deliver tools using Airtable, Zapier, Looker Studio, Zapier, etc.and similar tools
- Create internal documentation, rollout guidelines, and system training materials
📊 Cross-Functional Management
- Track progress using projectUse tools (e.g.,like Trello, Jira, and Notion) to manage tasks and progress
- Report weeklyProvide regular updates and unblock teams as needed
- Champion a KPI-first mindset — know how to balance MVPbalancing delivery speed with feature quality
- 3–5 years proven experience in product management for SaaS or internal systems
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in Simplified Chinese (written & spoken) would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycles, user experience thinking, A/B testing, full-stack development, APIs, databases, and system architecture (hands-on coding ability is a strong plus)
- Experience owning roadmaps, writing functional specs, and working closely with development teams
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Looker Studio
- Excellent communicator able to bridge business and technical priorities
- Experience with payments, trust & safety, or marketplace features is advantageous
