Learning Management System Lead

Compass is looking for a strategic Site & Content Manager to optimize digital content across the learning management systems (LMS). If you’re looking for an opportunity to stretch your content strategy skills, analytical thinking and create a meaningful user experience, this is a great role for you! This role blends content strategy, website management, analytics, and LMS administration to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Please Note: This will be a hybrid position and will be required to be in office 2x per month in our Seattle Hub Office. 

Your success would be measured against these content performance metrics:  

  • User engagement and satisfaction with content 
  • Content timeline delivery
  • Accuracy in reporting

At Compass You Will:

  • Manage and update LMS content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with program management, instructional designers, and cross-functional teams to optimize learning platform experiences.
  • Ensure LMS content follows best practices for improved discoverability and engagement.
  • Work with Learning & Development Designers to support content uploads, user management, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues, ensuring smooth functionality for learners.
  • Analyze learning engagement data, tracking course completions, audience engagement, and learner behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Detail-orientation, data-driven, and experienced in both web content management and digital learning platforms.
  • Direct oversight experience with LMS platforms (e.g. Workramp or similar) to maintain seamless user experiences.
  • Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track LMS, and content performance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics and best practices.
  • Experience managing partnerships with external LMS providers. 

Education/ Experience:

  • LMS experience required.
  • A proven track record of success interacting with all levels of staff and management, including business specialists, development teams, and senior management.
  • The ability to quickly learn and use new software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Education, or related field.
  • Additional relevant experience may be substituted for the education requirement.

We’d Love To See:

  • Experience with multiple learning management solutions and a point of view about what works and why. 
  • Experience in a role which required a working understanding of the Real Estate industry.
  • Aptitude for strong visual display of information as part of effective content design.
  • Collaborator who is able to seamlessly work across departments
  • Big picture thinker who is able to distill complex goals into actionable plans 

The base pay range for this position is $66,000 -$74,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
