What You’ll Do
  • This individual would serve a critical role managing Complex’s advertising and sales campaigns across its short-form and long-form programming
  • This highly collaborative and detail-oriented person will also help develop strategies to optimize reporting and execution in close collaboration with the strategy and revenue operations teams
  • Oversee campaign delivery across multiple channels, including podcasts, social media, video, and dynamic ad insertion
  • Manage post-sale operations, including campaign overviews and statement of work execution
  • Provide comprehensive campaign reporting, insights and under-delivery concerns
  • Collaborate with Finance team to support month-end billing processes
  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various social platforms
  • Collaborate on audience development initiatives, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
  • Deliver regular performance reports and spend analysis
  • Compile and present market insights to the sales team, including new social ad products
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendations
  • Monitor industry trends and market activities
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to drive performance for internal and client-owned products
  • Contribute to cross-functional growth strategy development
  • Streamline operational processes to support growth initiatives
  • Maintain a comprehensive campaign insights repository
  • Work is sedentary and involves sitting for the majority of work hours
  • Able to work full-time M-F and nights and weekends as needed


Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.6+ years of experience in audience development, digital marketing, or paid media roles, with a focus on strategic leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving audience growth and managing successful paid media campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

$110,000 - $125,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
