As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for conducting research, analysis and positioning for COMPLY’s solutions, services, and education offerings. Our ideal candidate has the chops to extrapolate industry, competitor, and customer data and synthesize findings into value-driven messaging and go-to-market strategies.
You’ll work closely with the go-to-market teams across three key areas:
Key Responsibilities: - Market Research, Analysis, Expansion and Adoption
- Research and analyze competitor positioning, market trends, expansion opportunities, and customer adoption
- Conduct monthly win-loss analysis for install base and net new business across product lines and solutions
- Synthesize research findings and develop go-to-market strategies to expand into new markets, displace competitors, and accelerate new business growth
- Act as the voice of the customer to gain a deeper understanding of customer challenges, user adoption, underserved needs, and feedback across product lines – bringing key findings to product and go-to-market teams
- Design and execute COMPLY’s first-ever compliance industry trends research report, which includes survey creation, analysis, and content development
- Work closely with the marketing and revenue operations team to understand which messages, campaigns, and product launches drive pipeline and bookings
- Go-to-Market Messaging and Positioning
- Partner with marketing, product, and compliance consultants to develop product vision, positioning and messaging, value propositions, points of differentiation, market opportunity analysis, and customer proof points
- Continuously iterate on ICPs, personas, and buying groups across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers and target accounts
- Develop and deliver go-to-market campaign and content strategies to reach customers across the buying journey
- Work closely with the content marketing team to identify, develop, and manage the content creation of product-specific assets including pitch decks, solution sheets, webinars, presentations, product roadmap, and more
- Product Launches and Sales Enablement Support
- Manage product launch timelines, deliverables, communications, and materials – including presentations, pitch decks, solution sheets, website copy, webinars, and videos
- Assist with defining success metrics and revenue targets for product launches and analyze post-launch performance
- Work closely with sales and customer enablement teams to conduct training sessions around new solutions and services
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of SaaS marketing experience - with an emphasis on conducting market analysis and messaging
- Ability to quickly understand and interpret the complexities of SEC, FCA, FINRA and state compliance rules, regulations, and obligations
- Experience conducting large-scale market surveys and analysis – with the ability to interpret and identify industry trends
- Must have strong writing skills and be comfortable with writing messaging, short- and long-form content on a regular basis
- Attention to detail, great communication, and the ability to coordinate and build relationships with internal team members and customers
$110,000 - $120,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $110,000- $120,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
