EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGES:
High School Diploma or GED / Law enforcement, Military or security training
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
3 years of combined experience in military, law enforcement, corrections, security, and emergency response (including first responders or other relevant fields). Proficient in firearms and tactical training (Advanced), emergency response systems and protocols (Intermediate), and incident reporting and documentation tools (Intermediate). Able to stand, walk, and move around both indoors and outdoors for extended periods. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
COMPETENCIES
Crisis Management and Problem Solving (Good 3), Communication and Relationship Building (Good 3), Knowledge of Law Enforcement and School Policies (Good 3)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Willing to undergo and pass a drug test, psychological evaluation, and background check. Must possess its own firearm, duty belt (Level 3 retention holster), a total of 5 magazines. Must be at least 21 years of age. In-person requirements apply.
