Administrative Assistant (AU Financial, Hybrid)

Salary: P50,000 - P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 6:00PM AEST​)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2-3 years experience as an Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant
  • Company Secretarial Experience
  • Maintain high level of computer literacy including Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Xero Practice Manager, Xero Accounting, CAS360, Fusesign, and other software used by clients and team members as required.
  • Australian ASIC knowledge
  • Calendar Management

  • ATO Portal Knowledge

What will you do?

  • Attend to the Directors’ administrative and operational requests when required.
  • Support local administrator with mail (sort and filing) as well as managing ATO Mate
  • Assist in onboarding clients, including: completion of new client checklists and information requests. Xero onboarding, including client details and document management system, and CAS360 Onboarding and set up.
  • Assist in managing Xero Practice Manager including maintaining the client list, Team member allocations and providing Reports.
  • Prepare practice lodgement list reporting from the ATO
  • Document Management support and management (including sorting and filing documents).
  • Assist in developing and updating template documents and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, engagement letters and other documentation (as required).
  • Assist with audit insurance and client expense disbursement requirements
  • Input office payables into the finance system
  • Manage team related onboarding administrative matters as occurs from time-to-time.
