Sales Development Representative (AU Offshoring, WFH)

Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM to 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in lead generation with outbound emails, cold calling or a similar sales-oriented roles.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and tracking.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment-setting targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

  • Prospect Client List Creation: Build and maintain a qualified prospect with sales team targeting businesses with staffing requirements or process/services issues which could be addressed with offshore staff.
  • Outbound Calling: Make 50-100 calls per week to engage potential clients and identify decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their IT needs, ensuring alignment with company services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  • Email Outreach: Craft targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and drive responses.
  • CRM Management: Record interactions and manage lead data for tracking and reporting.
  • Account Management: Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed on services and industry trends to effectively address client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and account teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach.
