What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales support, account management or customer success roles, preferably in the legal tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Commitment to the success of clients and our team. Willingness to work hard and extra hours if business requires.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and managing contact lists via Spreadsheet, Scanner apps and CRM Programs.
- Quick to learn and use new technology products.
What will you do?
1. Lead Qualification and Demo Scheduling:
- Reach out to warm leads via emails and phone calls to qualify their interest and schedule product demos.
- Collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market team to understand the value proposition and effectively communicate it to potential clients.
2. Conducting Product Demos:
- Learn from the COO and Head of Business Development on how to conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations.
- Showcase their features and benefits to prospective clients, attracting them to sign up for our AI product trials or make buying decisions.
3. Pipeline Management and Nurturing:
- Manage and nurture active opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless transition from product trials to active client status.
- Proactively engage with product trial candidates to address any concerns, provide support, and guide them through the evaluation process.
4. Client Success and Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients during their trial period and beyond.
- Provide AI training and product support to clients via Zoom, learning after the COO/co-founder via initial shadowing.
- Conduct regular check-ins with trial candidates to gather feedback for Product/Tech team, address questions, and reinforce the value proposition of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
5. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
- Collaborate with the Go-To-Market and product teams to share insights, best practices, and success stories to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
