BI Coordinator (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM Manila Time) 

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field a plus but not mandatory.
• Previous experience working as Talent Marketing Analyst, Business Insights Associate, Research Analyst, or something similar of nature
• Adept understanding at BI Tools (Tablaeu, PowerBI, SFDC)
• Adept understanding in data relational model (SQL) is a big plus but not required
• Can communicate confidently with stakeholders regarding reports and their inquiries
• Data-curious - has an eye for nuanced and intricate details
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruitment reporting and analyses a plus.

What will you do? 

The Business Intelligence Coordinator role focuses on providing support to BI team in executing projects & analysis. This role will aide in maintaining dashboards, data extraction, market research, & data hygiene to ensure accuracy of reports. The business will also need the BI coordinator to extend help in Social Media analytics & deck creation for weekly/month/quarterly business reports.

Reporting & Visualization:

• Maintain, optimize, and ensure accuracy of data in dashboards built by the BI team
• Provide recurring report to stakeholders (LinkedIn Weekly Utilization, Referral breakdown, etc.)
• Provide support thru visualization in creating business critical decks like MBRs/QBRs

Market Research:

• Extract publicly available information on items like salaries, talent heat-map, applicant tendencies (whitepaper), etc.
• Provide additional insights to BI team regarding the latest trend in the recruitment industry through validated research papers

Data Validation & Hygiene:

• Provide support to BI team in running recurring validation exercises to ensure accuracy of data
• Provide support to BI team in cleaning up on raw files to be ingested in the reports (data formatting, lookups, etc.)
• Responsible for all data hygiene tasks delegated by the BI team

Social Media Analytics:

• Collaborate with Marketing team in various social media recruitment projects; primarily the potential to man/admin COS dedicated careers page in Facebook, IG, etc.
• Provide support to BI team in crunching social media numbers by ensuring raw data is cleaned up before analysis
