Junior Business Intelligence Analyst (US Retail, WFH)

Salary: P70,000 - P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Data Science.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Strong skills in Python and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with SQL and Azure for data querying and management.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
• Basic knowledge of R or other data science tools is a plus.
• Experience working in a retail or marketing environment.

What will you do?

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Data Management:
• Utilize SQL and Azure to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Support data integrity and quality assurance processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Apply Python and Excel expertise for data analysis and light data science tasks, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Use SQL-lite for database management and querying.
• Business Acumen:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Demonstrate a strong curiosity to learn about the business, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communication:
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for end-users.
