• Help develop mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
• Assess and select appropriate resources for program delivery.
• Be the project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
• Conduct final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
• Manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
• Prepare and process program billing.
• Provide technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
• Provide user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2 – 3 years Customer Service related experience.
• Understanding of systems capabilities, software platforms, and processes.
• Knowledge of PC office software tools.
• Excel (can perform complex functions) Intermediate
• Knowledge of Boolean Search/queries for SQL
