Part-time Social Media Content Specialist (AU Financial, WFH)

Salary: P312.50 to P375.00 (Hourly Rate, 16 hours a week)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Prior experience in video editing or social media content creation (will want to see examples/portfolio of work and have them complete a task as part of the interview process)

What will you do?

Video editing

• Edit raw video footage into fun and engaging content for our various platforms, including Insta. FB, LinkedIn and internal channels
• Add graphics, animations, captions, and music to enhance our storytelling
• Repurpose existing video content into shorter, platform-optimised formats e.g., Instagram Reels

Social media content creation

• Develop visually appealing graphics and short-form videos for social media posts, stories, and potentially paid ads
• Assist in brainstorming creative concepts for campaigns and social media series
• Optimise content for platform-specific requirements

Collaborate and coordinate

• Work closely with the comms team to understand our projects, needs, timelines (often quick turnarounds) and creative direction
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on content to meet quality standards
• Proactive and engaged in the team (high touch) including attending regular meetings

Asset management

• Organise and manage media assets, ensuring all files are properly labeled and stored in our shared folders

Trend monitoring

• Stay updated on digital content trends, platform changes, and new tools to keep content fresh and engaging
• Propose new ideas and innovations to elevate our digital presence
