Senior Executive Assistant (US Healthcare, WFH)

Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (MS Planner, Outlook, Calendar, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities.
• Experience in document management, transcription, and minute-taking
• Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to redirect and support key stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Healthcare experience

What will you do?

• Manage daily tasks and priorities using Microsoft Planner to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle personal and professional calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Calendar) to streamline administrative tasks.
• Transcribe meetings and take minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
• Oversee document management, organizing and maintaining important files and records.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and companies to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Proactively support and redirect Jenna as needed to optimize workflow.
• Handle various administrative tasks, adapting to dynamic business needs.
• Maintain a highly organized and structured work approach to enhance efficiency and productivity.
